Who Are We?
Willow Lane Cabinetry was founded in 2015 in Hopewell Junction, NY. Our sister company, TheRTAStore.com was founded in 2009. We are a family owned and operated business that has built our company off of trust, value, hard work and impeccable customer service. We love what we do and like to think we are the best at it. We believe we are different from other businesses because we truly try to get to know each of our customers and their needs.

Our main goal at Willow Lane Cabinetry is to give our customers quality products at an exceptional price. In fact, we offer the same if not better quality than the large box stores, at a fraction of the cost to you. We offer a large variety of finishes and cabinet options, so if you are dreaming of an elegant, luxurious kitchen, a chic and modern design or just the ultimate cook’s dream kitchen, you are sure to find the perfect complement to your home. You will also have peace of mind knowing that your kitchen cabinet order will arrive completely assembled and ready for you or your contractor to install.
We only sell well-made, high quality cabinets from reputable companies. Our central office is located in Hopewell Junction, NY and we sell from warehouses throughout the United States. Your orders are placed through our office and then shipped directly from the warehouse to your home. We stand behind our products and our warranties. Our company is built off of great products and excellent customer service — if you need us, we will be there!

Our Free Kitchen Design Service and knowledgeable staff of designers set us apart from many of the other cabinet retailers out there. Our designers will work with you one-on-one to develop a sincere, trusting relationship. You will never feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your design, all your questions are answered, and that you are always getting the best price possible, so that purchasing your new kitchen online will be a pleasant, stress free experience.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Saturday from 9AM-5PM (Eastern Time), however we will often be available after hours, on weekends, and even on holidays through email. We understand how important it is to know that if you have a question or problem, there is someone who is available to help you. And we want you to feel 100% confident in our ability to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible.
